Will a career in web graphic design from ITT tech really help me pursue a career in web design?

A little background... I've been kind of a burnout, and have the opportunity to go to school. I want to be a web page designer. As far as I can tell, as long as you can create a great website, you can find a good job in this career. So, would it matter if ITT tech was accredited or not, as long as I'm good at what I do?

Reply:You would probably have a better chance of getting jobs if you attended an accredited school, whether it be a school you actually sit in a classroom for or an online program. One school I've come across, which offers both online and in-person courses for web design (either web design diploma or an actual degree, AS and BS) is http://www.aionline.edu (The Art Institue of Pittsburgh Online Division). I'm not sure of the website for the in-person courses at this school, but it sounds like a great school for web and graphic design, as well as other things.

Also, SATs aren't required at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and, instead, either a GPA of 1.5 or higher (for AS) or 2.0 or higher (for BS).
Reply:Absolutely!
