Any BIG Design/Web/Multimedia firm in Singapore offering high pay?

I want to switch my career from embeded programming to my real interest -%26gt; web design or flash design.





I do not want to join small web firms offering 2k+ salary. Since my current pay is 3k. Any big firm in singapore offering such positions? Expected salary 3k, or at least close to 3k.
