I want to design a web page but want to use a template that will make the process as painless as possible, and easy to use? Any ideas?
Does anyone know where i can find a site or program that has easy web design templates for dummies?

Reply:A site like OSWD.org has a lot of free templates. You can open the templates' HTML files in free software like PSPad or Notepad++ and find the text you want to replace. Pretty simple. The HTMLDog basic tutorials should get you going quick too, if you need HTML help.
