Can anyone recommend a good web design program that is of reasonable price?

My boyfriend likes to design websites and wants to do it as a second job. I want to get him a good program for Christmas. Can anyone recommend a good one that is reasonably priced?

Can anyone recommend a good web design program that is of reasonable price?
On the Mac, there's Freeway Express from SoftPress software for $89 and RapidWeaver for $49.

For Windows, there's CoffeeCup Designer for $49.

For the more ambitious who don't mind something more geared towards a web developer there's Coda from Panic for $79 on the Mac and the free open source Aptana Studio Community Edition for Windows, Mac and Linux.
Reply:Dreamweaver is the industry standard.

Or if you want the design professionally done

try checking out Digital Image Manipulations they offer great web design and logo/graphic design services. http://www.dimdigital.com
Reply:You could get Visual Web Developer Express Edition from the Microsoft website for free! http://www.microsoft.com/express/vwd/
Reply:Buy photoshop or else you may contact a web designer at websites like http://getafreelnacer.com/ to design it for you.
Reply:Try WebEasy6, its around $40 and works great!
Reply:Lots of power, a nice Integrated Development Environment and comes with a lot of free tutorials... and the best part... IT'S FREE!!!

I've used the Visual Studio Express Editions since 2005 and love them. A lot of drag and drop controls with little programming experience needed. Also integrates well with Popfly and writing applications for Facebook.

Visual Studio Express Visual Web Developer 2008.

Reply:Make him start with notepad, then he will be happy with any software you give him. Well, the link below will give you the idea of how much with different design software:
