Probably Web Easy is almost okay but it's too tedious

It covers HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript, as well as programs like Flash, Photoshop/Imageready, and Fireworks. It's not cheap new, but Amazon has quite a few used copies for a much more reasonable price.
