I have front page but my system is all in Japanese and I cant figure it out. I only need a very simple programme thanks and happy new year.
Is there a free downloadable web design programme available on line?
The best one I have found is at www.bravenet.com Very easy to use and design a web page from lots of layouts. The on screen help is very good as are all the available free add ons like a diary, counters, daily news, daily cartoons. The list is quite exhaustive.Try the site - you will not be disappointed.
I did and the site is so easy to maintain once up and running.

Then get notepad++, like the dude above me said. Learn XHTML, CSS, and Javascript, and you'll be good to go for a nice website.
