I would like to become a web designer which software should i use can i get any free sites to download/ tutor too

yes dream weaver is a good software but i don't use it ..i prefer microsoft products..

Reply:Yes, you can use the Dreamweaver. Macromedia DreamWeaver is a good software in web designing. It support many scripts like ASP, Javascript, vbscript and some others. You can try download it as a trial version for free at www.macromedia.com. Try also Fireworks, which also features the same as Dreamweaver, but restricted to only the layouts and layering design. There are many web designing tools, if you need the free ones look for the OSS(Open source) software. There are a lot of alternatives, but I can't guarantee you get exactly like Dreamweaver or Fireworks, which is the best for me so far.
Reply:Dreamweaver is a stunning program and great for web development. It has good support for dinamic PHP websites and lots more. I will not recommend microsofts products as they tend to be lump and tends to do the coding for you.





If you HTML then you can use the coding view in Dreamweaver and then you can just code your website you do not need to know how everything drop-drag-etc works. If you are serious about web development I can recommend very good site.





I have bought alot of their books and it really help allot. I have studies web development and this books was more detail and easier to understand that the lecturers.
