Yes, if that is what your enjoy and what you are good at. Just about any profession ( except maybe murder, prostitution, etc) is a good profession to strive for if you enjoy doing it.





Now you could enjoy doing something and not be good at it, in which case it might not be good to strive for if you are terrible at it because you may not be able to make a living doing it if you can't make enough money.





I think your question may be more inline with money making. There is a high demand for quality web designers even more if you are a good programmer. So in closing if you loove doing it and are good at if, ooh yes its a very good profession to strive for
